Restaurants advertising "Farm to Table"? Come join us at Koan Farms and help Farmer Ethan and Chef Hutch harvest your meal and feel what it is really like to practice true sustainability!

Take a walk around Koan Farms in Woodbridge with owner/farmer Ethan Schneider as he leads your through proper growing techniques, his vision for the future of farming, and when to harvest certain vegetables all the while enjoying some snacks and beverages. We will harvest some of the ingredients together set at a table on the farm.

[oink] chef/owner Craig Hutchinson will be cooking up the ingredients you pulled from the ground minutes ago in a 5 course tasting paired with beer, wine, and sake. This intimate dinner of 12 guests will allow for lots of conversation about the chef and the farmer relationship and how we rely on you, the community, to help allow us to be progressive for the future.

Tickets are $110 and by reservation only (tip and tax included, Eventbrite service charge not included). This includes, snacks, a 5 course tasting, beverage pairings, and a plant to take home so you can practice growing your own food! Please notify if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
